This work is extremely complex as design and construction are undertaken over a relatively short time scale. An extensive knowledge of materials, services, structural elements and construction has to be blended with design to offer an imaginative, practical and reliable service. Our site experience is essential in overcoming any problems as they arise, ensuring that programmes are adhered to and cost projections can be met. We have undertaken many such refurbishments from multi-million pound office developments to warehouses, shops and blocks of flats.
In many instances we take over a shell and core, which may or may not have services, ceilings or raised floors. We design all the interiors and co-ordinate all the elements of the fit out to work with a contractor or project manage the fit out ourselves.
